  • Do you fly drones?
    We sure do — licensed, insured, and with more flight hours than your average regional pilot. From sweeping cinematic shots to construction updates, we’ll get the angles you didn’t know you needed.
  • Can you provide crew and gear?
    Absolutely. We bring the lot — cameras, lights, mics, drones, autocue, OB van — and crew who actually know what they’re doing. Just need a shooter or a director? We can slot into your team, no dramas.
  • Do you travel outside Sydney for video production?
    Yes. We regularly work in Orange, Bathurst, the Blue Mountains, regional NSW and often Auckland. We’re based in both Sydney and Orange and travel where the story takes us.
  • How much is it gonna cost?
    Our pricing depends on the project’s scale, location, and deliverables. As a guide, projects typically range from $1,500 for simple shoots to $10,000+ for multi-day or multi-camera productions. We tailor quotes to suit your goals and budget. We work with your budget to provide the best service without needing a second mortgage.
  • Anyone can live stream from their iThingy — what makes you different?
    Correct. Anyone can — but should they? We bring rock-solid reliability, broadcast-grade gear, pro crew, and enough redundancy to survive a tech apocalypse. No dropouts, no squealing mics, no awkward handheld phone wobble. Just clean, multi-cam coverage with graphics, overlays, and crisp audio your audience can actually understand. If it matters enough to film, it matters enough to do it properly.
  • Are you a licensed drone operator? Where can you legally fly?
    Yes. We're fully CASA-certified and insured, with approvals OoNP (Operations Over or Near People), night operations, controlled airspace (near airports), restricted areas like Sydney Harbour and FPV. That means we can legally film in locations most drone operators can’t.
  • Can you live-stream events in 4K or for broadcast?
    Absolutely. This is where we beat all of the local Television broadcasters and most of the OB and event suppliers. We offer Full 4K multi-camera live streaming with bonded internet, audio mixing, and broadcast-grade graphics. Perfect for corporate events, government, or virtual conferences.
  • How is your service different from DIY or cheaper videographers?
    We bring broadcast-quality gear, licensed operators, and 15+ years of experience. We don’t just “film stuff”—we craft high-impact content designed to connect with your audience and meet your business goals.
  • Do you handle editing, captions, and final delivery too?
    Yes. We handle everything from planning and filming to editing, colour grading, motion graphics, captions, and file delivery. You’ll get a polished product, ready to publish.
  • What industries do you work with?
    We work across corporate, construction, medical, government, disability services, community organisations, tourism, and more. We’re particularly experienced in filming on active worksites and at large-scale live events.
  • Can you film in high-risk or restricted environments?
    Yes. We’re experienced filming on construction sites, in factories, at major events, and in government-controlled environments. We have the safety inductions, PPE, and insurances required for high-risk jobs.
  • How quickly can I get my finished video?
    It depends on the project scope, but standard turnaround is 7–10 business days. Tight deadline? Let us know—we can often deliver faster if needed.
  • How are your video production and freelance services different?
    Our video production work is full-service, from creative planning to delivery. Our freelance services are tailored for business expansion for agencies or production companies needing a specialist outside of their in-house capability. Camera op, drone pilot, or live stream director. Either way, you’re getting 15+ years of broadcast-level experience and the gear to match.
  • I can live stream my event from my iThingy—why do I need you?
    Sure, anyone can go live from a phone. But when it counts, you need a rock-solid stream that looks great, sounds clear, and won’t drop out mid-event. We bring multi-camera coverage, proper lighting, pro audio, bonded internet, and live graphics, plus a crew who knows how to make your event shine, not stress you out.
  • What makes working with you easy for the client?
    We make production painless. From the moment you contact us, we take care of planning, logistics, safety paperwork, filming, editing, and delivery. No babysitting, no jargon. Just great results with minimal effort on your end. You’ll always know what’s happening and when to expect it.
  • If I hire you as a freelancer, aren’t you just going to try to take my client?
    Not a chance. I work strictly white label, no logos, no branding, no business cards. I don’t promote my own business on your jobs, and I don’t blur the lines. I’m there to represent your brand, your client, and your standards. I even provide a signed agreement confirming that if your client contacts me directly, I’ll immediately refer them back to you. My reputation is built on trust, respect and long-term partnerships, not poaching clients.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
