What's your process from first enquiry to final delivery?

It starts with a brief call to understand your project, audience, and goals. From there we develop a concept, quote, and production schedule. On shoot day we handle everything — crew, gear, and location management. Post-production includes editing, colour grade, music, motion graphics, and up to two rounds of revisions. You get broadcast-quality files ready for any platform.

Do you travel for shoots outside Sydney?

Yes — we regularly travel across NSW and interstate for the right project. Travel costs are included in your quote upfront so there are no surprises.

Can you help with scripting and concept development?

Absolutely. We can take a project from a blank page to a finished video. If you've got a brief, great — if not, we'll help you develop one. We also work closely with marketing teams, creative agencies, and PR firms who need an experienced production partner.

Are your drone operators licensed and insured?

Yes. All our drone operators hold a current Remote Pilot Licence (RePL) issued by CASA and we operate under a Remote Operator Certificate (ReOC). We carry $20M public liability insurance. You'll get copies of all certificates before any shoot.

What locations can you fly in around Australia?

We operate across greater Sydney and regional NSW and can travel anywhere in Australia for the right project. Some locations require CASA flight authorisations — inner city, near airports, or above certain heights — and we handle all the approvals before the shoot day.

What drone gear do you use?

We primarily shoot on DJI professional-grade platforms including the Mavic 3 Pro and Inspire series, depending on project requirements. For larger productions we can bring higher-spec cinema drones. All our platforms shoot a minimum 4K and support ND filters for controlled exposure.

What happens if conditions aren't suitable to fly on the day?

Safety first. If wind, rain, or restricted airspace makes the shoot unsafe or non-compliant, we reschedule at no extra cost. We monitor conditions in advance and flag any concerns well before shoot day so there are no wasted trips.

Can drone footage be combined with ground-level camera work?

Absolutely — most of our projects blend aerial and ground coverage. We often operate both simultaneously, which gives you a complete visual story in a single shoot day rather than coordinating two separate crews.

How much does drone videography cost?

Day rates start from $900 for a half day, depending on location, complexity, and deliverables. Full-day and multi-location projects are quoted individually. All pricing includes CASA compliance, pre-flight planning, and edited deliverables.

Can you live-stream events in 4K or for broadcast?

Absolutely. This is where we beat all of the local Television broadcasters and most of the OB and event suppliers. We offer Full 4K multi-camera live streaming with bonded internet, audio mixing, and broadcast-grade graphics. Perfect for corporate events, government, or virtual conferences.

What size events do you handle for live production and streaming?

We scale from small boardroom sessions to multi-thousand person conferences, concerts, and government-level broadcasts. Our smallest rig is a single camera streaming to one platform. Our largest setups include multi-camera switching, broadcast graphics packages, simultaneous streams to multiple destinations, and a dedicated production team.

Which platforms can you stream to?

We can push to any RTMP-compatible platform including YouTube Live, Facebook Live, LinkedIn Events, Vimeo, Zoom Webinar, Teams, or custom destinations. Multi-platform simultaneous streaming is standard.

What happens if the internet drops mid-stream?

We use bonded internet connections that combine multiple 4G/5G and wired sources into a single reliable feed. If one connection drops, the others hold the stream. We also carry local recording backup for every event so footage is never lost even in the worst case.

Do you supply full turnkey production or just technical crew?

Both. We can provide full turnkey production — planning, gear, crew, platform setup, and technical management on the day — or supply technical personnel to work alongside your existing team or in-house AV company. Whatever the event needs.

How do you handle audio for live streams?

Clean audio is everything in live streaming. We use professional audio consoles and take direct feeds from the venue PA where available, supplemented with dedicated microphones. We mix audio independently for the stream so the online audience always gets the best possible sound — not just a room mic recording.

What does live streaming production cost?

Do you come to us, or do we come to you?

Either works. We have a permanent studio setup available in the Sydney area and we also offer location shoots — your office, a co-working space, wherever fits the feel of your show. Location adds a visual dimension that a lot of podcast studios miss.

What does a typical podcast video shoot look like?

Most shoots run 2–4 hours depending on episode count and complexity. We arrive early to set up lighting, cameras, audio, and teleprompter if needed, then run a quick tech check. You record your content naturally — we handle everything in the background. After the shoot we edit each episode with colour grade, lower thirds, and audio polish ready for your preferred platforms.

How do you handle audio for podcast shoots?

We record separate, broadcast-quality audio independent of any external recording you might be doing. You don't need to worry about syncing — we provide audio as part of the deliverable. If you have your own audio setup you prefer, we can integrate with it cleanly.

Can you cut social media clips as well as the full episode?

Yes — this is standard in our podcast packages. We cut short-form clips (60s, 90s, vertical for Reels/TikTok) from the same shoot as part of the edit. You leave the session with content for YouTube, social, and your podcast feed without any extra shoot time.

How many cameras do you typically use?

Standard is three cameras — a wide shot plus two individual close-ups — giving the editor and your audience a proper broadcast-style cut. For certain formats or tighter budgets, two cameras works well too. We discuss this during the brief.

What's the turnaround on edited episodes?

Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days per episode after the shoot. For ongoing series we establish a consistent delivery schedule so your content pipeline stays full. Faster turnaround is available if you need it.

What does podcast video production cost?

Single-episode shoots start from $1,200 including editing. Ongoing monthly packages work out cheaper per episode and include priority scheduling. Get in touch for a package quote tailored to your cadence and format.

How long does a construction timelapse project typically run?

Projects run anywhere from a few weeks to 18+ months — we've covered builds from single-level fitouts to multi-storey towers. We install, monitor remotely, and stay on site for the full duration. You decide the capture interval and final edit length.

What happens if the camera loses power or stops recording on site?

We monitor every camera remotely so we know before you do. If a camera drops out, we're on it — usually diagnosed and resolved the same day. For long-term projects we build in redundancy, so a hardware issue on site doesn't cost you weeks of footage.

Can I view footage during the project, or only at the end?

Yes — we can share progress clips at agreed milestones or on request. For longer builds, we set up a client access portal so you (or your stakeholders) can check in on how the build is tracking. No waiting until handover to see if the angle was right.

What does a construction timelapse package cost?

Pricing depends on project duration, capture frequency, number of cameras, and whether you need edited deliverables. Short-term projects start from a few hundred dollars. Do you handle installation on active construction sites?

Yes. We hold Public Liability insurance and are experienced working around active sites. We liaise directly with your site manager to arrange access, pick safe install points that won't interfere with works, and make it as low-friction as possible for your team.

What's included in the final timelapse delivery?

You get a colour-graded highlight reel at your chosen length, typically 60 to 180 seconds, branded and music-licensed for commercial use. We also deliver the raw compiled footage so you have full archives. For larger projects, we can cut milestone edits, social cuts, and board presentation versions on request.

Do you only shoot construction timelapse, or other types too?

Construction is our bread and butter, but we also capture agricultural timelapse, natural environment change, events and activations, art installations, and long-form urban development projects. If it changes slowly over time and you want to see it, we can capture it.

Where are you based and how far do you travel for timelapse installs?

We're based in Sydney and operate across NSW and nationally for long-term installations. For major projects we set up cameras that run unattended for months, so physical distance isn't the barrier it might seem. Monitoring and maintenance access is scoped as part of the project plan.

How long does a timelapse project take to set up?

For construction and renovation projects, we do a site visit first to assess angles and power access, then return to install the rig — usually within a few days of booking. The camera then runs unattended. For event timelapse, we can set up same-day.

How long can a timelapse rig stay on site?

Our long-term rigs are built for deployments of three months to two years. We use weatherproof enclosures, redundant power sources, and remote monitoring to keep the camera running without requiring regular site access.

What is included in the final timelapse deliverable?

A graded timelapse video in your chosen format (MP4/ProRes), with licensed music if required. Raw image sequences are available as an add-on. We also provide a short edit suitable for social media on request.

Do you work outside of Sydney?

What types of productions do you provide teleprompter services for?

We service broadcast TV, corporate videos, government statements, online learning content, social media, documentaries, event keynotes, and news-style packages. If someone is delivering to camera, we can support them.

Do you provide an operator, or just the equipment?

We provide an experienced operator as part of the service. Managing scroll speed, timing, and talent comfort during a live shoot is a skill — a professional operator makes a significant difference to how natural the on-screen talent appears. We don't just drop the gear off.

What teleprompter systems do you run?

We run both iPad-based and dedicated broadcast teleprompter rigs depending on the production. For broadcast and high-end corporate work we use professional beamsplitter systems in front of the lens. For presentations and event keynotes we use large-screen floor or stage prompters.

How do I get my script to you?

Send it as a Word doc, Google Doc, plain text, or PDF. We format it in the prompter software before the shoot — adjusting line length, text size, and pacing markers to suit your talent. Changes on the day are no problem; we can update the script in real time.

Can you work alongside another production company's crew?

Yes — we regularly work white label with agencies and production companies. We integrate smoothly with other crews and take direction from your director or producer on the day. No egos, no friction.

How far in advance do you need to know about shoot changes or script updates?

The more notice the better, but we're built for live production. Script updates on the day are manageable — we're used to last-minute rewrites. Just have a final approved version ready before talent steps in front of the camera.

What does teleprompter hire with operator cost?

Half-day rates start from $600, including operator, equipment, and setup. Full days, multi-day shoots, and interstate travel are quoted individually. We can also bundle teleprompter services into a broader production package.

What camera systems are you proficient with?

Experienced across Sony FX series (FX3, FX6, FX9), ARRI Alexa Mini, RED Monstro, Canon Cinema EOS, Blackmagic URSA, and broadcast ENG lines including Sony PDW and XDCAM. If your production is running something not listed, reach out — chances are I've shot on it.

If I hire you as a freelancer, aren’t you just going to try to take my client?

Not a chance. I work strictly white label, no logos, no branding, no business cards. I don’t promote my own business on your jobs, and I don’t blur the lines. I’m there to represent your brand, your client, and your standards. I even provide a signed agreement confirming that if your client contacts me directly, I’ll immediately refer them back to you. My reputation is built on trust, respect and long-term partnerships, not poaching clients.

Do you bring your own gear, or can you shoot on our equipment?

Both. I have my own professional kit available for hire including cameras, lenses, and support gear. I can also work comfortably on your provided or hired equipment — I adapt to whatever the production requires.
